I’ve ordered plants online before and had them show up rough, so I was really happy with these. They came in looking healthy, the soil was still where it should be, and the leaves looked fresh instead of crushed or wilted. they looked way better than I expected after being shipped.

"Shipping felt a bit slower than expected"
From what I remember, the order took longer to arrive than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge deal, but the shipping did feel kind of slow.

"Decent seeds, but the timing and prices were frustrating"
I’ve ordered from Jung Seed and the selection is decent, but the pricing feels hit or miss. Some seed packets seem fair, then others end up feeling a little pricey once shipping gets added. What annoyed me more was the timing, by the time everything showed up, I felt like I was already behind on planting. It’s probably worth it if they have a specific variety you really want, but I wouldn’t call it an amazing value overall.

"Order was correct, thankfully"
I got exactly what I ordered, and all the seed packets matched my receipt. I’ll admit I was a little worried something would be missing, because sorting through everything took a bit longer than I expected. But, to be fair, it all looked correct in the end. Happy overall...

I’d say these were okay overall. About half of the seeds sprouted, so it wasn’t a total loss, but I do think it’s fair to be honest that I expected a bit better. If you’re planting them, just know you may not get every seed to grow.

"Customer service was fine, just a little slow"
I ordered from Jung Seed and ended up reaching out to customer service to check on my order status. They did get back to me, they were nice enough, no complaints there. It just took a bit longer than I was expecting, which was kind of annoying when I was just trying to figure out where things stood. Once they replied, the information was helpful and answered my question. So overall, not a bad experience at all, just not exactly speedy either. Average, I’d say

"Nice seed selection overall"
I was actually surprised by how many seed options they had. It took me a little while to track down a couple of things I was looking for, but the variety was better than I expected. I also reached out with a quick question and support basically said, “try checking under the seasonal categories,” which helped point me in the right direction. Overall, happy with the selection.

"Checkout worked, but the site was frustrating"
I was able to place my order in the end, so I guess that part was fine, but the whole experience felt slower than it should’ve. The checkout was kind of confusing too, and I kept feeling like I might’ve missed something. Nothing totally broke, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth process.
